Hot dogs and summer are a perfect match, and Charlie Graingers looks like a good place to get that culinary delight that evokes memories of childhood and baseball games.

“We make hot dogs,” said Trent Moore, franchise owner and hot dog aficionado. “We have one hot dog that we make 15 different ways.

“We’ve got so many different toppings,” he added, noting that his diners can enjoy their dogs any way they want.

If it’s plain with mustard or ketchup only, Charlie Graingers can do that. If it’s topped with cheese, chili, peppers, or more, that is possible too.

If you don’t like hot dogs, you can still enjoy a meal of barbecue brisket or other selections.

“Our briskets are melt-in-your-mouth, they are so good,” Moore said. “We’ll have a small selection of beer and wine and Yoo-hoo chocolate drinks for the kids.”

Like so many new business owners in the area, Moore often vacationed in the area. He decided it was time to make a permanent move, and Charlie Graingers fit his business sensibilities. He opened Charlie Graingers earlier this month in Miramar Beach.
